Terms of service.
To be eligible for the Referral Scheme, details must be submitted through We Are Thyme's website.
Referrals must not already be on We Are Thyme's database and will only apply to referred friends who are placed within six months of the initial introduction.
Referrals must be made via the online form before registration of the referred candidate. Any referrals made after this time will not be accepted under the scheme.
Any Individual referred under the scheme must be a personal contact of yours who has agreed that he/she may be recommended to We Are Thyme and has consented to the sharing of his/her personal details. You should be prepared to evidence this if requested.
For candidates placed in permanent roles, the referral fee will only become payable once the candidate has passed their probation.
For candidates placed in freelance roles, the referral fee will be due after they have completed their first freelance booking.
It is your obligation to declare such sums for UK Income Tax purposes unless you are/have been employed through We Are Thyme during the current Tax Year where the sum will then be added to the weekly payroll for Tax and National Insurance deductions.
This scheme is only open to UK residents who are over 18 years of age and is not open to employees and the families of We Are Thyme or anyone professionally involved with the referral scheme.
You do not have to be registered with We Are Thyme to make a referral.
To qualify for payment, you must provide Source with your NI number unless we are paying the amount to your Limited Company.
There is no alternative incentive available.
We are Thyme reserves the right to withdraw or amend the terms and conditions of the Referral Scheme at any time.
We Are Thyme's privacy policy applies to the referral scheme.In the event of any dispute, We Are Thyme's decision is final.
